Option 1
Next steps from our call
Hi Dana, Thanks for the time today. You said your team can't call new leads back fast enough during the busy season, and that's what I want to help you fix. The next step we talked about is a 20-minute walkthrough with your office manager. Does Tuesday at 10 or Thursday at 2 work? If I missed anything, reply and tell me. Jordan Northwind Software
Option 2
Recap: Ridgeline Plumbing + next step
Hi Dana, Quick recap so we're on the same page: - Where things are: your team can't call new leads back fast enough during the busy season - What happens next: a 20-minute walkthrough with your office manager Does Tuesday at 10 or Thursday at 2 work? Jordan Northwind Software
How the follow-up email generator works
Choose one of five situations: after a call, after a proposal, no reply yet, they went quiet, or you met at an event. The generator writes two versions for that moment using what the prospect told you and the exact next step you want, so every email moves the deal instead of just “checking in”.
Before you hit send
Read it as the buyer. Does it remind them why they talked to you, and is the next step obvious? For more examples and the reasoning behind them, read 7 follow-up email templates that get replies. Using “Re:” on an email that isn't a reply breaks the FTC's CAN-SPAM rule against deceptive subject lines, so the “No reply yet” option only uses it for a real reply.

Frequently asked questions
What should a sales follow-up email include?
What the prospect told you, in their words, one clear next step, and an easy way to say yes, like two times to choose from. Keep it short enough to read on a phone.
How do you follow up without being annoying?
Add something each time: a recap, a question, an answer to a concern. When you've tried a few times with no reply, send a polite closing email that makes it easy to say “not now”.
What is a breakup email in sales?
A last, polite email that says you'll stop reaching out unless they want to continue. It respects their time and often gets a reply either way. Use the “They went quiet” option.
Is it OK to use “Re:” in a follow-up subject line?
Only when the email really is a reply in the same thread. A fake “Re:” on a first email misleads the reader, and the FTC's CAN-SPAM rules prohibit deceptive subject lines in commercial email.
Does this tool use AI?
No. It fills follow-up templates with your details in your browser. Nothing is saved unless you email the drafts to yourself.
